I’ve spent over a decade in B2B SaaS leading global teams, building brands, and designing customer experiences that fuel long-term growth. I’ve held senior leadership roles at companies like Shopify and Docebo, advised scaling startups, and co-founded businesses that are redefining how we think about work and success.
I’m the founder and CEO of AlignedCX, a customer experience optimization agency helping scaling B2B companies grow with intention, empathy, and systems that actually work.
I’m also the co-founder of PX as a Product, a new operating model and training program helping HR and People leaders step into strategic power and reimagine the employee experience.
And as a fractional executive and advisor, I partner with values-driven companies who are hitting a growth ceiling and need seasoned guidance without the overhead.
